RETURNS POLICY

If you have received faulty or incorrect items, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help sort it out.

If you wish to return items to us for any other reason please get in touch by email with your order reference, so that we can issue your returns authorisation.

All items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a free returns service. We recommend using a signed for delivery service to get your items back to us.

Delivery surcharges for priority services are customer preference and will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without a returns email authorisation.

The following items cannot be returned, jewellry and any items that have been customised in any way or items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

We will notify you by email once your returns have been received.

After they have been checked by one of our team we will process your refund. 

We aim to complete all of this within 10 days.

Your refund will be made by the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
